well, Sandy, I'm sorry you're so continually annoyed and disturbed over a differing opinion but the fact is that Craig has to prove himself, because the case to disprove has been well documented. Craig was so good that the team didn't even keep him around during any point where they played football, whether official or unofficial, and acquired two quarterbacks after he was signed.

He may get some offers, and yeah, I do think he'll get another look in the league, possibly even make a team or two. Till he does more than that, he's done nothing.

i've got nothing against dc, but i have to admit i laughed when i read he got cut. i laughed because of you sandi and thinking about the dumb shit you were going to say to justify it. now you've backed off to nfle for a year or two, or i've got 5-7 years to be proven wrong. you're so fucking hardheaded , or stupid - i can't tell - and so predictable it's funny. first thing i did when i read it is come here to see you being a dumbass because it really entertains me.

I think my whole argument for DC is not what he has done in the NFL - so I'm not sure you are even slightly mentioning I have said that - He made a few good plays leading to first downs playing out of position for the Panthers. (thats not what I base it on). -

Unfortunately DC needs more than a look. He needs to be thrown into a situation where he must start. If he ever gets that opportunity he will show...

I guess thats what puzzles me, you guys say he is not NFL caliber or whatever, if I told my 8 year old daughter that he had never won a starting job in the NFL in his 3-5 years, she would probably draw the same conclusion that he would not maket it. When you guys see him (if he ever does) play an entire NFL game, then come back to me, otherwise we are just back to that opinion thing again...

He'll show what? Very little, just like he's done every game so far where he didn't improve toward the end of his PT. Sorry, this is the NFL - players who have earned starting spots get to start and get to keep starting.

This isn't the league where guys who barely made the roster get free token time like little league.

So, in other words, until something highly unlikely happens, you're just going to be continually difficult about Craig because he hasn't had another 5 wasted years?

BTW, telling someone they have no clue when you're on an island yourself, that's rich. There's a forest there behind those trees. P2kif has a pretty damn good grasp on the situation to be honest.

If you consider being isolated on small lightly populated planet which contains a relatively small number of people included in the population of this message board, then you need to get out some, there is a whole other world out there... and if you support the way P2 calls people a dumbass then thats all the better... it only confirms where your maturity level is...

I'm not overly concerned in the grand scheme of life if a few boys on the ole message board don't like me. Sometimes its humorous watching them take the bait only to choke....

in other words, because most people here don't agree with Sandy, he's to extrapolate that out to mean that there are almost seven billion people on earth that don't agree with us.

    >>then you need to get out some, there is a whole other world out there...

I get out my good and fair share when I'm not working on projects. See, there you go getting personal again, when you know you don't have a leg to stand on regarding hanging out at home doing nothing.

    >>and if you support the way P2 calls people a dumbass then thats all the better(,) it only confirms where your maturity level is...

I'm not supporting the way he calls "people" a dumbass. Subject's simply you - you're going around calling others' opinions invalid because we need another seven years to evaluate someone who's never done a thing in this league?

Yes, you're right. You do troll, and you do choke. So much for all that "I just want all opinions blahblahblahblah" bullshit you spew, you know coming in that you're going to start trouble.

And then you choke, and then get pissy when I have to clean up your mess. You'll never learn, Sandy, which is why you've gotta pull some lame shit like "5-7 years" as if anyone here other than yourself really feels that compelled to follow around the failed career of an ex-Panthers backup quarterback for five years with baited breath waiting to see what we all seem to have concluded anyway.

so i finally decide to read one of these love fests to see what the hell they are all about. Damn. Sandy, i have no sides here, so i'll tell you what i think here. How in the hell can you keep hyping up a qb that has been cut from two teams since he has been drafted and been on the practice squad at least one year? Hell, he might have been there more than that, i don't remember. To say he's gonna be this or that is PURE SPECULATION, nothing more, nothing less. Just because the guy had one spectacular game in NFLE means nothing. He may have just been in the zone that day and everything was happening for him. You might not follow basketball much, but manute bol hit 7 three pointers in one game before. He's a 7 foot 7 center who had never hit a 3 before in like 8 years in the league. Point being is that he was never an offensive threat after that, but he did have a great game. Based on Craig's play so far, i would say he'll never do good in the league. Not saying it won't happen, but like i said before, saying that he'll be good in 6-7 years is completley speculation.

I don't expect to follow his career around the next 5-7 years. The headlines will take care of themselves... One day I'll check my news headlines and there it will be Craig to start for...

In the end, say what you will, I'm simply not close minded enough to close the door on a player that has not proven he can not play. I have not been sitting here saying he deserves to start, there is a difference. You're right he has to earn it. My argument is that if he can ever earn it - he'll do well. Not to parlay this to golf or other sports but there are a lot of golfers out there that can shoot under par on a very consistent basis... They will tell you its all about getting the right break, sponsors etc...

The fact that you still are trying to push that I "always" look for trouble is bullshit. There was a brief time you and I had decent conversation a year or so ago. I've been on other boards that you have been a part of and you have seen it the last few years. I'm not out looking to Troll. If anything you are, simply by jumping in everytime trying to convince yourself that nobody on the planet buys into anything I say...
