    Bruce Nelson will more than likely not be back after surgery/rehab. Dont think he will be ready for the upcoming season.

    That's the bad news? Jesus, I thought you were going to tell me that Moose had just signed with the Falcons.

    Seriously, it's too bad if it's true. Nelson had some upside, but I never had a good feeling about the guy. Time to just move on from that one.

    Boy, I'd love Jason Witten right about now.

    Damn. Oh well, we got a steal in the 3rd with RMJ. Can't bitch too much.

    I have been warning those of you who were penciling in Nelson on his return as our future starting G or C that he would not be likely to return . . . not thrilled about saying “I told you so” on this but I’m so rarely in the position to say it that I can’t resist this time.

    I kinda figured this was about to happen. I just really hope we don't hang onto Brzezinski because of this. Bring back Tylski as the backup C, move Kadela to G and draft a guy.

    Yeah, I've rolled my eyes anytime someone mentioned Nelson as a future starter.
