Bad Experience!

My buddy gave me his 3 tkt's for the Iowa Purdue game yesterday and I will NEVER set foot in Kinnick stadium again unless it is in a luxury box!

Sec 20/Row 39/Seats 31,32,33...and there wasn't room for one ass let alone three somewhat overgrown men! Got to where my seat were supposed to be and was pretty much told to fuck off by the people who were sitting there. I decided to leave rather than argue with these arrogant bastards and some asshole started bitching about having to get up so we could get out. He said, "I am not sitting in your seat so I am not moving for you". I told him I wasn't saying he was in my seat and to get the fuck out of the way...all hell almost broke loose.
One of the senior members of the effent staff came up and I told him that it was crazy how they oversell at Kinnick. He didn't disagree and offered to try to find us other seats. I thanked him for his efforts, but decided to just go to the car and listen to the game rather than deal with that crowd.
I went to the Penn State game last year and had to stand sideways just to breathe.

Are all college stadiums oversold like this or is it just this shit box?

 

That sounds like the student section at Sanford Stadium but I think outside the student section people actually sit where their ticket says

 

Sad thing is, you could actually watch the game with some comfort in the student section at Iowa. It's just Kinnick though, I've been to basketball games at Carver and it's not oversold like this.

Being as drunk as I was didn't help qwell the rage. I am sure that greatly helped escalate the issue in my mind...or lack there of. Still, I won't put myself through that again.
