    the fairways and greens were perfect as usual. one of my favorite places in the world is near the green on #13. I didnt think that the azelas were as bright and colorful as in years past. same with #12.

    Don't get me wrong...it was still beautiful. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

    It was cold as fuck yesterday until we found a spot in the sun and out of the fucking wind. $2 beers all day ************! If Solarte's fat ass went they'd have to raise the price of sandwiches.

    Course kicked my ass this year too. All the swirling pollen yesterday took it's toll on me. Still had a great time, and thought the course looked good. It seemed like there were more people there this year than in years past.

    I love how everyone is bitching about the course when the weather probably was more a factor than anything.

    These are PRO golfers. Shut up and play. Yeah it sucks but it sucks for everyone.
