PR, glad to see you can keep everything about basketball on a basketball forum. Guess thats hard for you since you don't know too much about basketball. :)

Fever, any time you want to debate basketball, you let me know.

    Predictions tonight?

    Maryland by 20 over UNC

    Duke by 15 over State

Terps are tough inside, and quick. The Heels are quick - and could take advantage of a Maryland "drop off" since thrashing Duke.

Duke will beat State, but if Melvin heats up from the outside, it could be closer.

I'm not impressed with my Devils "inside" at all. Horvath is an alien. Casey Sanders has never progressed. Duhon needed to step-up with Jones, but that didn't happen. The Frosh can't be expected to carry the team. I hope K is bringing in some monsters...soon...

Love Reddick, but against Maryland - I thought K gave up on the game. Like he was teaching his players a lesson. He seemed to quit coaching, and if he took kids out, he wasn't talking to them - nor were the assistants. They were just "watching".

    No. I hate make-up calls...

While I'm not surprised - I hope that one day we can have robots calling the fouls - kind of like the lines are for tennis today.

Justice would be blind - Technicals would be based on actions, and what was said, consistently.

The robots would be in life-like super-model bodies, too!

Dook will probably romp State. It depends who shows up at the UNC/Mary game. But they certainly have the advantage and they are playing really good here lately.

    Finals

    Dook 73
    State 59

    UNC 78
    Maryland 3

    DA heels.

yeah, i remember that charge call on maryland (nicholas charging ewing) after the charge on duke. My exacts words were "that's terrible, what a makeup call." At least maybe some of the nonduke fans will understand why K jaws at the refs.

He jaws at the refs because of the 1% of calls he doesn't get. It's good work though to make sure you get the other 99%.

And he gave up to teach his kids a lesson??? I can't imagine ever losing just for the reason to see what it's like. He knew on this night there was nothing he could do to win the game so he gave up. That is how I see it. Even if you are losing very bad, you can still situational coach.
