Terrible night last night. Braves lose and San Diego wins. this thing will go down to sunday. All the braves need to do is win 1 fricking game.

 

If the Braves win only one and the Padres sweep the Giants, we have ourselves a three way tie for the wild-card and a two-way tie for the National League West. Normally head-to-head decides the division. However, the 3-way tie for the WC nullifies that tiebreaker. SD & SF will paly a 1-game playoff to decide the winner of the division. The loser then plays 1 game in Atlanta to decide the WC. Or at least that's the way I understand it. Hopefully we can avoid all that crap with a Braves victory and Padre loss today.

 

Valdez will play for Utley or Rollins, Hobbs will play for Polanco, Mayberry and Francisco for Victorino and either Werth or Ibanez and Howard will probably get a day or two off with broke back Sweeney playing. Kendrick is the 5th pitcher and he locked your bats up. Hamels and Hudson go tomorrow and I am kicking around driving down for it. Working 6 days a week 12.5 hrs per is tough. It'll be over in 2-3 weeks
