I just reserved a room at the Hampton Inn right near the stadium. I need 2-4 tickets for the game. I've searched online but can't find them.

Please let me know if you have a connection.

    Thanks,

App. State kept it close for what, 3 quarters, against LSU back in 2005.

James Madison U. oughta be a good game. I don't really know anything about Jacksonville or Samford.

That'll be a challenging stretch of Ga. Southern-Furman-Wofford.

The So. Con is going to be a dog fight this year, especially if Elon keeps up the way they emerged last year.

I'm not sure who you are talking about, but no one I've talked to has ever admitted that the win was a fluke :N1Lies:. And yes, I did graduate from there and know a lot of other graduates. App football fans in the know, have never doubted our football team's abilities the past few years; we can hang with anybody in the FBS for 1 game.

Like Tebow did against Michigan right? :gossip:

Oh that's right, LSU decided to call off the dogs in 2005 in their stomping of ASU . I believe the score was 14-0 going into the 4th quarter, with the final score of 24-0. JV league you say?

ok.....play a full schedule against FBS teams. App would not win more than 2 games, and those games will be against Middle Tennessee State and Duke.

look man, I am pulling for app, but I don't think that type of upset will happen again....maybe ever. Les Miles will not take App lightly like Carr did.

App State is a GREAT IAA team...but the team is made up of kids that didn't get offers from IA teams. No UAB, Tulsa, Temple, Duke, Troy, etc...offers.

Kids are all slower and smaller. No reason not to root for them. Just a fact.

Speaking for App, I'm SURE alot of their guys had offers from the schools you named above (or similar). For example, Furman got 2 kids this year who held offers from Air Force, one who had a Navy offer, one with a Southern Miss offer and one who turned down Miss St and a grey-shirt offer from Alabama.

And App has better talent than we do.

    Don't assume.

Appalachain State vs. James Madison: 28-27
North Carolina vs. James Madison: 37-14

App caught Michigan napping, but they would finish second to last even in a mediocre football conference like the ACC.
