    Fox Making Documentary

Fox is already making a documentary on this ASU team and season. They have been filming throughout the summer, camp, fan fare, meetings, bus trips, even in the opening huddle before kick-off at UM. Players were miked up during pre-game meal even. They will continue filming throughout the season although it has been expanded from 30 minutes to 1 hour b/c of the "upset". The guys filming said this game got them a big raise. Fox's President flew into Michigan immediately after the game. The game will be shown on Sept. 4 on Fox Sports South, not sure of time for those who haven't seen the game. ASU could have really beat UM very badly if not for the interceptions in the 2nd half that were due to badly ran routes, errors.

September 4, 2007 - BOONE, N.C. — ESPN’s wildly popular College GameDay football preview show will have a Black and Gold flair this weekend, as a GameDay crew will be in Boone on Tuesday and Wednesday to tape a feature on Appalachian State University football that will air during Saturday’s show.

ESPN reporter Tom Rinaldi will be on hand for ASU’s first full practice following its monumental 34-32 triumph over No. 5 (FBS) Michigan in front of 109,218 on Saturday at the “Big House.” The GameDay crew is expected to interview head coach Jerry Moore and several players during their stay in the High Country. College GameDay airs Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon on ESPN.

it's sorta like, the Red Sox would have won the 1986 world series if they'd won game six or seven.
