Both teams actually have a ton of defensive talent, especially on the lines.


The Jets need to scortch some earth this off-season. They have a lot of highly paid players, who are flat out not even trying.

 

I forgot to mention: Bruce Arians ate another giant pile of dookie today, and is now 5-7-1. I enjoy watching him failing to live up to his inflated reputation.

 

Kind of how the Raiders did a few years back. Can't see their management doing so though

 

Pft is reporting Rex Ryan could be fired on Monday or at the least at seasons end.

I've never understood why Rex had so many takers for a 2nd job. He inherited a 9-7 team in NY and after two late season runs that's pretty much where they leveled off, until a 4-12 crash in his final year. He consistently hired bad offensive coordinators. His winning percentage is in Joe Philbin territory. He created needless distractions with the media and ridiculously played starters late into preseason games. He appears inadequate when it comes to handing basic head coaching duties. I'm sure some sucker will give him a 3rd chance, though.

 

Odell Beckham makes spectacular plays but when it's crunch time he chokes

 

Why is Collinsworth trying to defend this shitfest? If this was Houston vs Tennessee, you'd be calling it what it is. God damn it, fuck the NFC East.
