    Shurmer is an awful candidate. Teams constantly forget that playcalling doesn't correlate to head coaching success. Those are two completely different jobs. Some are good at both, but that's pretty rare. Shurmer and Nagy are reactionary hires to McVay.

    They've also hired Ken Norton Jr - who sucked ass in Oakland - to be their DC
