    Imagine Tepper announcing the Panthers are moving in two years. Then imagine Tepper hiring John Fox and giving Fox full personnel control. Then imagine Fox destroying the roster, effectively tanking the final two seasons in Charlotte.


    That's exactly what Mark Davis has done to Raider fans.

    QFT. I can understand saying you need to take the long view but a 10 year contract and need to rebuild shouldn't make your team this bad at fundamentals.
