    The Packers look like a team run by sane, professional football people. No rash decisions. No flashy moves. They have clear developmental plans for all of their draft picks. It's an enviable situation.

    I'll give Young a few games before some doubt could start creeping in.
    I know on my job I made more mistakes when I tired really hard not to.
    Once I stopped sweating the small stuff and just let my training take over was when the mistakes started getting fewer.
    I expect the same thing to happen to Young.
    He can still make mistakes even if his vision and processing skills are top notch.
