Yeah, until he played it better than anyone else on the team last year. Maybe Rhule is capable of learning.

This year we're going to find out a lot about how good he really is. He's in his third year, and since he's been here we've been going after people with either huge college production (Derrick Brown) or insanely high RAS Scores (Jeremy Chinn, CJ Henderson). High RAS scores are nice, but only if the players respond to coaching. If they actually do, we could have a lot of nice surprises this year. Or we can be treated to a bunch of frustrating flashes on the field and a new staff in 2023.

 

Let's not jump to any conclusions here. He still needs to put CMC out there for 30 carries in week 1. That's non negotiable.

 

What's interesting is that bigger players, especially linemen, are coming back into vogue as the NFL is trying to soften up the game. That's a strange dichotomy. You wouldn't think a Jordan Davis or Ickey Ekwonu would have a spot in today's league but personnel people seem to disagree.

Okung is still a free agent.

Turner signed with washington, probably because he isn't good enough to make the Bills.
