So who gets sued if someone dies from getting the flu from a vaxed person?

 

You can't definitively prove where someone got the flu since it is so common. But COVID is new and many companies, including my own which employs over 100k people, are extremely worried about letting people back into offices. In three years, they probably won't be as worried, but they definitely are now.

According to many doctors now, you can spread the virus just as easily vaxed, as unvaxed. But let's not pay attention to science as uncle brandon or butties see it.

A vaccinated person can still get virus particles in their nose. But they have enough antibodies to prevent the virus replicating sufficiently to flood the zone with germs, like an unvaccinated wingneck.

 

I mean, maybe? It's very hard to prove where you contracted a virus, and I'm not sure how this becomes any easier with a virus that's even more transmissible.
