Tharan, should the NFL suspend operations until there are no reported Covid deaths in America?

If your answer is no, please explain why.

    Thanks,

    B&B

What is your point, moron? You said it was written in crayons by retards and yet you post nothing better. As usual, you MAGA jackasses are good at screaming from the sidelines like a bunch flamethrowing Monday morning QBs, but when it comes to performing or governing yourselves, your fatasses are MIA.

My point is that these ridiculous, superstitious protocols haven't stopped the virus, and they won't stop it.

    What's your point?

No, they should not do either extreme. You need to understand that a lot of this behavior by large corporations are for legal reasons, not necessarily health reasons. The reason for Biden's mandate was so that Coca-Cola and Exxon could CYA and put thier hands up in the air and tell their employees "There is nothing we can do", and then force them to get vaccines.

If any of those employees got COVID on the job, that shit is much more expensive than listening to blowhards like yourself talking about #MUHFREEDOMZ!

Lawsuit avoidance is the point. If you listened for once, you would have understood this months ago.

So now the ridiculous and demonstratively asinine covid protocols are all about lawsuit avoidance?

Who has been saying this since months ago? Uncle brandon hasn't said it, so it must not be.

You love to play dense when it suits your attempt to argue. Just like a narcissist.

So parents get to sue fauci and the feds and states when their kids start having bad shit health-wise in the future because of the shots that are supposed to be a vaccine by definition?

Do you actually know any doctors you speak with regularly about this whole thing face to face, or just administrators bitching because the code doesn't work today and somebody's bill or records are fucked up?

Take it to the notd now, tia.

What the actual fuck are you talking about? Please show me where your arguments have been legal based, because you've never tried this excuse with me before. While you're at it, explain how the federal government has a constitutional right to impose vaccine mandates on private companies.

    We're counting on you, counselor.

The legal issue has been brought up multiple times. The Coronavirus thread is still there for you to peruse, though I suspect you prefer the Cliffs Notes.

The 800k marker is an indicator of severity. That will be used in court to enforce liability against companies who knew there was a pandemic as well as a "mandate" from the Biden administration. Understand that this legal threat comes from employees trying to get a big payday, not the federal government. Big companies fully support and behind the scenes are lobbying for this mandate.

Now the separate issue is whether or not that mandate is constitutional. There is a court in this country that typically deals with constiutional issues, but that takes time. Until then, local law enforcement is encouraged to uphold mandates from the Commander-In-Chief. You might be right and the Supreme Court will side with you. But until that time, the Biden admin has a lot of power. And large companies like the NFL can CYA in the meantime by some "reasonable" measure of caution with their rules.
