    Somewhere Pedro Gomez is going "Damnit!" I think he lived in San Fran for like 5 years. That is all he would report on was the Bonds case. You can bet he's gonna be assigned to the A-Rod spring training fiasco

    It's unlikely, but you still wouldn't voluntarily expose yourself to that risk. If he was put under oath at this point I imagine he would admit using, but barring that, I doubt he will.

    Of the 26 MVP winners (13 in each league) since 1996, 14 have either tested positive for steroids or have been implicated. Leading the way is – you guessed it – Barry Bonds (with four MVPs), followed by A-Rod (three), Gonzalez (two), and Jason Giambi, Sosa, Tejada, Ivan Rodriguez and Caminiti with one each. And with SI.com reporting that A-Rod tested positive for steroids in 2003, it means five of the top 12 home run leaders of all-time have been linked to performance-enhancing drugs.

    I never really understood this statement. Steroids were still illegal so the fact they weren't technically banned should make no difference.

    Did SI have the whole list or just sources that confirmed that ARod was on the list?

    The TIMING of it all, the 4 'sources' and not naming the other 103

    and now..the Players Association President tipping him off about a test

    coming in Sept. 2004 make it worse BS than what he may or may have not done

    That hasn't come out to my knowledge. They have a total of 4 sources that confirm it though

    The whole list. Selena Roberts is the SI reporter who did the story and she has said that she has all 104 names but will not reveal anyone besides Rodriguez.

    Do you have a link to that? The article only says that 4 sources confirmed that his name is on there. ONe passage specifically states that the list is still under seal.
