    Not exactly.

The phrase, "coming in his kingdom" has been interpreted by theologians as referring to the establishment of the evangelical movement beginning at Pentecost, when the apostles were the first to acknowledge Jesus' divine identity, and began to preach the Gospel. Below is a commentary from SearchGodsWord.org, a search engine and reference tool I use quite frequently:

Well, if I ever see him in a blue turban (if my memory of Nostrodamus serves), I'm hitting Best Buy with my credit card and not giving a damn.

Personally I do not worry or even think much about it. I have made my peace with God and I am ready for the end whenever it comes whether that is sometime later today in a car accident or that is sixty years from now in a nursing home or if the rapture happens during my lifetime. I have never really understood the facination some christians have with end of time prophecy. I think the bible says somewhere "no man knows the day or the hour of Christ's return" so why try to set a date.

I think most preachers who push the end of days message do it to scare people into getting right with God. I am not sure why that is effective though because we are all going to die eventually and we do not know when it will be.
