are this symptom of Common cold or is Flu or is it something else

Since Saturday evening i have been feeling sick .One Saturday night i had a Silva that i wanted to spit when ever i could it also feel like i had congestion .Then on Sunday i lost my appetite i still want to spit the Silva out i also on Sunday evening i start cough .Then yesterday i went to urgent care to doctor said that my lung sound clare and my temp was 99.0 my blood pressure was high 146-over 80 and she said that i have common cold since yesterday when i was at urgent care I am sneezing alt still have congestion very little appetite still coughing i now have green mucus for the past 3days since i start feeling sick i am having time sleeping also my body temp is 99.7 Is this sound like just the commom cold where temp could go even higher or is this something like the flu???

 

It's either a cold or swine flu

 

It not a swine flu for 2 reasons I have not been to Mexico, and I also have been to anyone to anyone was in mexico.Also my temp has gone down from 99. To 99.3 I did here on the TV in order for it to be a swine flu the temp has to be at list 101.I am staring to think that I have bronchitis even though I never smoke and no one in my family smoke, for some reason at list 1 time sometime even 2time a year I get bronchitis.

 

I think that sounds just like a common cold. Did your Doctor give you any antibiotics? I'm thinking that with the green mucus you are getting, you'll probably need antibiotics to knock that out of you. Try taking some painkillers just to try and get the temperature down and rest easy. Sorry you're feeling poorly .

 

nah the doctor did not give me antibiotics.If this is the common cold and not bronchitis.Then this is one of the worst common cold i have ever had since yesterday afternone when i been to the urgent care i already lost 3 and haif lbs

 

I hate that you're feeling poorly Dukey. If you're still feeling horrid in a day or so, I'd go back to the Doctor and see if you can get something for the phlegm that you're coughing up (I think I read that right - that you're coughing it up?).

Have your Mum make you some chicken soup too (with matza balls - ).

I'd get checked for the swine flu. It sounds like you may have it, it's just in the early stages.

You said you haven't been around anyone that's been to Mexico. THEY may have been around someone from Mexico and are acting as a carrier.

You need to get back to the Dr. ASAP.
