Well I am hoping Williams stays and expecting May and Felton to leave. I can't blame May and Felton as they are as hot as they are going to be. Just wish May had not implied he was going to try to get some others to stay and come back to defend. College basketball in the 2000's, gotta love it

Avery was very quick and had a jump shot. He was not as good as Jason Williams but I think he was better than Duhon.

That 99 team choked big time against UConn. I kinda blame coach K a little though. At the end of the game he had Klangdon handling the ball instead of Avery.

 

it may be some what of a reach, but that's kind of the chris carrawell situation. and you guys have dogged him for not making it in the pros. all i'm gonna say is that if all your guys leave and somehow sanders makes it a good season for you, you won't be dogging him if he sucks in the nba.

 

Twice...Langdon handled the ball twice instead of Avery. Perhaps K was still pissed that Avery's three quarter shot against UK as a freshman clanged off the rim?

I agree Avery was better and faster on the offensive end than Duhon, but he was no match defensively. I would agree that he was better than Duhon though, at least Avery didn't jack up bullshit shots at the most inopportune times.

They may have a Carrawell there on the bench somewhere, but I doubt it. He was ACC Player of the Year in 2000 after all. They definitely don't have a Battier on the team though, big difference.

so, you guys aren't serious when you talk about unc having more quality nba players?? you might be, but not everyone is. but my guess is that if every single player from this year's unc team never scored a point in the nba that it would be alright since they won a title. man, maybe you guys will finally get a clue.
