    NCAA hoops is all about winning the National Championship no matter what any poll says. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT. are you saying that we should be given credit for last years accomplishments, with a totally new team? are you worried that we may not get as good a draw as you are hoping for? that Duke will gain an advantage that you think we should have? you're splitting hairs brother, please.....

    the ONLY thing that matters is winning ball games. let them rank you wherever they want, its just fodder for nerds.

    the best we could possibly do is get a 2 seed imo and we could gain that by running the table next weekend. we are not gonna get a one seed.

    you're gonna drive yourself batty fretting over a stupid poll. let the wins speak for the team. (i need a valium)

    Georgetown beat Duke as well. Where are they in the poll? How about FSU? As noted in the other thread, rankings are about the full body of work a team has put forward during the course of the season, and like it or not, Carolina does have six losses.

    UNC is right where they should be ranked. Dook I thought would be anywhere betweeh 3-5 so no biggie there. The UNC lose didn't hurt them like the FSU lose did. But it's not like they lost to a bad team in either game.

    well, dukey, if you would stop putting UNC in the final four heading into the ACC tourney, you wouldn't catch as much hell as you catch.
