    We always sang it as Seven Hills Road, cuz there is this gravel road out in the sticks called that here...GREAT SONG!

    Rodney Crowell, one of the guys narrating he J. Cash story, played at Merlefest this year. Probably the best thing I heard there.

    you people need to hip yourself to something you can feel. All this crap is bubblegum music. If you gonna say rock and roll then say it, if you gonna say southern rock then yell it.. Y'all ain't but one step away from the beach boys with this whiney crying soft love me tender stuff. Jazz is right, nothing but elevator music with big speakers.
