    I would never put them in the Rock & Roll category....seriously....a good band and I like them....but I reserve that category for more like the Pink Floyd, Zepplin, Moody Blues, Iron Butterfly, Jefferson Airplane, Skynarrd, but hell I'm old what can I say!

    Pedal, the old man gives "Lifes Been Good" a whole new sound. WHen he's on his game he's damn good...he's got 20 years of rust to work through though.

    Personal preference plays a lot into what you think is best or not. I like Journey but not as much as the Eagles.

    Well there are different catagories of rock, there's hard, soft, southern and so on. A band can cross over to different catagories depending on the song, but most stick to one or the other for the most part.

    I always classified the Eagles as the first real "Country-Rock" hybrid.
