Not to get this thread back on topic or anything, but the DVD of the Eagles Fare Well Tour comes out June 14th. There are a bunch of songs on the DVD that were not aired last night.

"Farewell," I'll bet. Then there'll be a sequel cd, a release of the live farewell tour music, then they'll record "just one more cd" and follow that up with the "real" Farewell Tour or Farewell Tour II, then,....etc. Farewell, my ass. :)

    How long's Cher been retiring?

Holy shit. What the fuck is wrong with you? You did not just do that.

Don is deeper and darker than Lennon??? :thud:

And you called George Harrison a backup vocalist????!!! :banginghe

Never, ever fucking post here again. For real. That's unfuckingbelievable. Timothy Schmit doesn't even belong in the same sentence as George "All Things Must Pass" Harrison. Warbling guitars. Lennon & McCartney songwriting. Compared to a buncha hacks like the Iggles. Unreal.

Also, FWIW, The Stones were badass 30 years ago. Beggar's banquet, Exile on Main. Alex Chilton, Big Star, Thirteen (circa 1972) "wontcha tell your dad get off my back/wontcha tell him what we said 'bout Paint it Black/Rock n Roll is here to stay... Sympathy for the Devil. End of fucking discussion.
