I think your right PP but, I wasn't exactly sure. Must have been a chemistry problem 'cause he looked good for the Saints last year. Brooks really liked him-ecspecially on 3rd down.

team site notes some interest. Said they'd think about it more today before making a decision. There's a roster spot open and it's not like we can sign Brad Jackson again, he's already here.

he caught 81 balls for 1050 yards in the 2001 season. solid numbers- should really stretch the field more than byrd can, and runs routes just as well.

Redskins | Front-runner for Jackson? - posted at KFFL

The Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins appear to be the front-runner for landing WR Willie Jackson, who was released by the Falcons on Monday. They tried to sign him during the offseason before he agreed to a deal with the Falcons.

  6. that totally sucks because we could really use him more than washington. It would be nice if we could get him and next year get gary from denver and price from buffalo.

I'd stay away from Gary, he wasn't active last game I believe and hasn't been getting many carries.

That's what I don't get about this article. If Jackson went in the tank because he lost his starting job in ATL, what does he think will happen in WAS, where there's a WR logjam? He'll have to fight his butt off to get on the field there. Most likely he'll end up being a special teamer. But here, he's a starter--it's really a no-brainer. I just don't get it.

if he comes here, he'll be a good 4th receiver- fantasy football speaking.

  10. My guess is he'll go to Washington, which will be a dumb move for him, where the QB's and WR's like to play musical chairs. This guy has alot of talent and potential. I wish, just for once, that the Panthers would sign one guy who when they're release we all say, "We need him!"
