I'm experimenting today. I'm sore as hell from Jiu Jitsu (neck and back) but I generally try to avoid medication of any kind unless I REALLY need it. Today is a day I would normally caved and taken some Advil, but I'm going to eat salmon sushi for lunch. Salmon is supposed to have all of theose good fatty acids that reduce inflammation and make your skin nice. I'm going to drink a bunch of water this morning, have that for lunch, and see if I notice improvement.

one dose of salmon probably won't do the trick. Try to work it into your diet on a weekly basis and you'll be smooth as silk in no time. Great for your cholestrol too but pretty high in calories.
