Ani gifs

Maybe I've missed it, but what program do you guys use to resize animated gifs? I've downloaded several and none of them are worth a damn. Either you can't open and existing gif or you can't resize one. I don't want to explode it, take it into photoshop, resize all the frames, then put it back together... Help?

go to www.tucows.com and o a search for "animated gif". You should be able to find something to do it. I can't remember the one I used off the top of my head. Something like "gif movie gear" or something...

 

I found that one after I posted this, nut. It's okay....I guess. Does a lot more than what I need, but it works. Thanks.

I can't get irfanview to do it. I thought it did once...but not this time. Could it be that due to the invisibility of someof the layers....it's not working right?
