    Because the article stated that they were practicing with only 3 DLs and obviously they need all of the people that they can get. Reid said that he refused to elevate Peppers from alternate status. That's why I called him a jackass.

    Where does it say he "refuses" to elevate Peppers??? He can't elevate him unless a roster spot is open... and there are some guys there that are gonna play, but aren't practicing due to illness... he's not a jackass

    They elevated Jenkins because of the injury to Sapp. All original DE's are still in.
