    God, I wish we had him. All that cap space we had - go fire Hurney, hire a real GM, sweet talk Harbaugh into coming here with his college QB. Gaaahhh!

    I will always hate him for spurning us. Hope some DE rips out his throwing arm at the shoulder socket. No kidding, if it were to somehow happen I wouldn't even feel guilty for hoping.

    I believe that he stayed in school because he was having an amazing time at Stanford, not because he wanted to avoid the Panthers.

    I get that. I'm a little biased because if I could pick my school over again I would have gone to Stanford.

    Maybe he stays regardless, but I wish we had at least approached Harbaugh about this job. Hurney probably got swept up in the "he's a college guy" talk and didn't even consider him.
