    Is this his first offense? Isn't it unusual for a 1st offense to get a 1 year suspension? Can we cut him while he is suspended?

    Are the Panthers required to compensate an NFL suspended player in this case? Does he still go against our Salary?

    If the answer is yes, then he should be required to clean up the Stadium (after the team has left) - after every home game.

    He must have been doing cocaine. I can't believe he'd get suspended for the full year for a one time pot bust.

    All I can think of is Shawn King. I think he had one or more warnings, then he got suspended for the remainder of 96 (I think). Anderson must've fucked up some other time too.
