Tough luck for all you who thought it was about banjo picking.

Good stuff for the people that like yard sales, antique shops, flea markets, estate sales etc. These guys don't go to any of those places. They drive around and find property full of junk and out buildings and barns full of old stuff. You will not believe what they will pay for stuff so rusty that you wonder how it is holding together. You will also not believe the "hoarders" that will not part with that rusty stuff no matter what the price.

Sounds like an interesting show. Used to do that to close by places as a kid. Found lots of baseball cards that way.

There was a marathon on the other day. I burnt half a day watching episodes I had missed. These guys have money. They drive a Mercedes van around to collect the stuff they find. I wondered how they resold all that stuff and the answer is they have a lot of contacts and contracts for stuff they find. Like bricka bracka for restaurants and collectors etc. They sure have a nose for finding motherloads of stuff.

    It's on the History channel

    Thanks.

I figured they just unloaded the stuff on EBay.

I'd like to get them to come here. I've got a barn load of stuff; ropes, animal traps, etc.

If it weren't for the History Channel they wouldn't make enough off these trips to pay for the gas.

I spent a couple of years in SF and in Marin County. I LOVED it.
