American Idol or Whatever It's Called

Sly, it's tonight on regular FOX at I believe 9 o'clock.

 

I SO agree with this assessment.

If it were me, I'd rather have someone like Simon critiquing me on my performance because it would help me to perform better. and withstand criticism from others. This man knows real talent when he sees it. He knows his stuff. He did the others in the first early rounds of the competition a favor when he told them they didn't cut the mustard. He saved these people years of heartache and money wasted on something that would never be.

'American Idol' Castoff Gets Deal

NEW YORK (AP) - Fans who thought Tamyra Gray was too good to let go from Fox's summer hit "American Idol" are in good company.



The 23-year-old songstress has been offered a management deal with one of the show's producers.

According to MTV, 19 Entertainment has picked up an option to manage the Atlanta singer. Gray tells MTV that she hasn't started recording yet, and her debut won't likely hit shelves until next year. 19 was founded by the British talent manager who formed and managed the Spice Girls ( news - web sites) and helped steer former Eurythmics singer Annie Lennox's solo career.

 

I think they cut the good ones just to get people talking. Like this.

Nikki is gone. Yeah!! It's about time!!

 

Kelly has to win. Justin provokes a gag reflex every time i see him. he doesn't deserve to be famous. He is a lounge singer at best.
