Amato brings in $345 Sendek $45

I'm going to try to be a lot more patient with Herb this year that I have been in the past. There's a lot that comes out as the season goes on and after the season that you don't hear about because he and his players don't discuss it. He finally granted more personal interviews last season and so I understand his standards and his philosophy more than I did. I really don't think young State fans hold him up to Jimmy V as a standard. I think they're sick of Duke and Carolina fans rubbing it in their faces year after year.


As for Amato, I like him a lot, although he's not done anything award-winning. I'd rather have him, still in his first head coaching job, than someone else in their first head coaching job. It's hard to be consistent when all your assistants keep leaving. And don't anyone give me any shit about how it's probably his fault that all his assistants are leaving; he replaces them year after year with equal or better talent.

 

Hell I'm surprised anyone give money for either of those autographs.

I don't understand this thread. Is it a smack at Sendek for only getting $45 dollars for his autograph? Is it a smack at the Panthers for trying to auction off shitty merchandise? Is it a smack at N.C. State for hiring good, but not great coaches?
