    Harrah's in Cherokee is getting a poker room, sometime in early 2005. Likely to offer low limit games 1/2, 3/6, maybe some 20/40....plan on playing texas hold em, 7 card stud, omaha, and maybe one other + tournaments.

    the cards will be real, they are looking into "stand up" tables--players sit, dealers stand. They are constructing a "tent like" structure to house this thing. I have never been the Harrahs, so whatever their booze policy is now, I imagine it won't change.

    I think on schedule for Jan. With 24 tables or more from what I hear. I will be there, as for the booze goes, don't care, I don't drink when playing cards anyways, can play havoc on the judgement.
