You must have Sanders confused with Grant. Sanders is a hustle player who almost certainly will start at center for us and should do ok.

Even with all of this the Tarheels are still defending National Champions. :xyzthumbs: Sure they will struggle and have virtually no depth but they will not be a push over in the ACC. Middle of the road with a league record around 8-8 or 7-9.

With the possible exception of Terry, none of those guys have ego issues either. We might struggle, but we'll be hitting the floor for loose balls and generally working our butts off. We won't come anywhere close to 8-20, but even though that season was painful, the main thing I remember is how hard those kids played even though Coach Guth had left them out to dry by forgetting that he was supposed to actually recruit people. I think the team will do the fans proud.

Nope. They were an illegal screen away from making the Elite Eight :)

Best of luck heels. I'll agree on one thing, they won't sniff 8-20. I just told my dad tonight that is what sucks about all these Heels going pro. They already hit bottom with 8-20, and I think it would take some extremely bad luck for next years tarheels to not win 12 at least. Yeah, they probably will struggle to make the tournament, but they'll beat 8-20 by a mile.

This just in though, the Klempsun streak ends next year.

He only sends teams to the final four every other year and his teams never miss the NCAA tourney.

Well unless he finds a PG from what we have or a good JUCO one and another good big man, we can kiss the NCAA goodbye for a year.

One thing for sure, QT and WM will get a major chance to step up.
