    Dukie read my post. I am not saying a word about Wolf. Lieberthal is batting around .350 and should go in place of La Duca. Omitting Willis was a travesty for a sport that is trying to get fans interest. My basic point is Sheffield is the better of the 2 Atlanta OF, this year. The Pirates have to have a participants why not put Giles in there instead of Jones and then Willis in there instead of Williams (Pitt reliever)

    Personally I am not opposed to enlarging the rosters to 3 at each position. Call it A,B,C players. A players play 1-3 innings, and so on. Everyone gets at least one at bat. That makes 27 position players per team. Then a 13 man pitching staff. Either that or have alternate All-Star players to ammend the rosters

    I think you mean what Dusty Baker said about the heat not getting to the blacks and Latinos. You think had a white guy said that he might have caught some grief? I respect the hell out of Baker but he is far from an authority. Just proves ignorance knows no skin color

    You watch they will probably put Sosa in his place. His current numbers don't warrent a All Star place but being as the All-Star game is in Chicago ...................
