"Bobby Shaw - SUCKS Brandon Stokley - Sure!"

That worked out a little different than I planned???

N'awlins doesn't need his kind there. The Deuce is loose in Saints' country and they've got up and coming backups in Fenderson and Keaton.

My point was that Carolina doesn't have any kind of O line so why would Larry think Davis coming here would serve him better?

True I migrated here, but I'm getting my boots dusted off to shag out of this God forsaken town.

  3. These are the guys that I'd be hoping that Panthers would be taking a serious look at this offseason....

    1. Jeff Blake-QB I'm in favour of drafting a QB, come draft day, and I don't think that there would be a better guy to mentor the young rookie. Even if we don't draft a QB in the first, Blake is better than Fasani, Peete, and Weinke. Come to think about it if in the second round we drafted Kyle Boller or California and signed Blake I'd be happy with that. Hell, just sign Blake!

    2. Darrell Jackson-WR Jackson becomes a RFA at the end of the season and if we don't draft a WR in round one we really need to go after this guy. Forget about Peerless Price and David Boston, other teams can overpay for them. But Jackson can come cheaper than both of those two, and I think he can be more productive come next year.

    3. Brandon Stokley-WR He is a very under-rated WR and we could get him very cheap. I doubt that the Ravens will re-sign him and he'll be a UFA. We really need to get this guy to be our 3rd receiver and bump Smith down a little further.

    4. Luke Petitguot-OT In Free Agency we need to go after a starter OT or OG seeing that Terry is gone at OT and that Donnalley most likely won't be here next season and that Nesbit has been a little inconsistant. Petitguot is a good as any OT out there this year (except Pace) Let's get a OG in the third round on draft day.

    5. Eddie 'Boo' Williams-TE I expect Walls to retire this offseason and that would leave Kris Mangum as the starter. I like Mangum but sign Williams to give Mangum a run for his money. If Mangum would win out the job at least we'd have very good depth, I don't trust Heinrich as our number 2 guy. Saves us a pick on draft day.

    6. Chris McAllister-CB I doubt that we will have enough money to sign McAllister, but, my guess is that Emmanuel McDaniel and Terry Fair won't be here next year and that will leave Reggie Howard, Dante Wesley, and Terry Cousin. Howard could start but I'd rather have a lock down corner like McAllister and have Cousin at the other side, when Howard as nickel, and Wesley as the dime. Then, when Cousin leaves Howard and Wesley bump up a level.

Also, I think that we should look at a backup for MLB in Free Agency. Morgan now seems to be of-injured and Witherspoon will be starting next year at OLB and I doubt that Allen will be back on the team.
