    SpongeBob, at one point, had been Employee of the Month a staggering 374 straight months.

    That makes SpongeBob at least 31 years old.

    And they wouldn't let him be the new manager of the Krusty Krab 2 because he's 'just a kid'.

    WTF?

    I think this merits discussion.
