you gotta be kidding. Marcus Vick was the difference in the game. He's the type of QB that drives a def. coordinator crazy. It's called speed & quickness and you don't teach it.

10 for 21 for a little over a hundred yards, and 40 yards rushing on the ground? That's awful. The whole time they were trying to compare him to Michael Vick and I know that's not fair but he wasn't even close. If a QB can't complete at least 50% of his passes in a game, it's not a good game. I thought he would at least rush for 70 yards based on how much they were talking him up before the game. D.J. Shockley's 289 passing yards and 85 rushing yards is a defensive coordinator's nightmare. Vick wasn't the difference, it was State's inability to score, and ya'll had like 800 penalties. I admit that I think this year's Wolfpack will get to a bowl, but you can not tell me Marcus Vick lived up to the hype. Not with those stats. I was pulling for the Pack though so don't get too mad at me!

 

Vick hasn't played in more than a year because of a suspension. I'd say give him a little time...

 

State has a nasty defense. I'm not happy with our offense, but we can make progress and be a good team this year.
