    Nope, I'm right. The "title" this year is pretty much worthless. Its like Duke saying they won the Big 10 regular season because they beat Michigan State. Until everyone plays the same schedule it doesn't mean shit.

    This is what I said a few weeks back in another thread about the impact of the regular season. It means nothing in the grand scheme of college basketball. The REAL champs are crowned in March and I love it. Just ask Dean Smith where the ACC regular season champs went when they lost in the ACC Tournament before the field was expanded........NIT. Bring on March Madness. I wish that D1 football would follow suit.

    Yes, they are the champ - always been that way. Meaning that the number 10 seed can win the tourney and go to the dance. It doesn't mean that they are the highest seeded ACC team though - so the regular season is not worthless.
