    Do they pipe in 'shoe squeak' sounds into their broadcasts. I was watching the Miami/Carolina game last night and there seemed to be excessive shoe chirping sounds even when there was not much action going on the court. Anybody else notice this?

    Maybe a microphone to close to the floor? Doubt they'd pipe in anything other than crowd noise.

    Well they sure as hell didn't pipe in crowd noise last night. The Smith Center sounded like a morgue. The shoe noise just seemed noticeably disproportionate to the amount of action on the court.
