Maybe. There are vaild reason for both coaches. Both UNC and UVA have performed above expectations. Roy has the better recruits/players though. UVA has one decent ACC caliber player. That's why I go with UVA.

I think the value of UNCs recruits is being overestimated as well. Outside of Hansbrough very few of UNCs recruits should be considered "elite". The rest were essentially role players. They get rated a LOT higher now because of how good they've performed, but very little was expected of them. Even Roy himself said in the offseason, something to the effect of "If they're gonna get us, they'd better get us now, because next year we're gonna return the favor."

They were McDonald's All Americans though. Green and Frasor are playing about what a McDonald's All American should be playing in their freshman year and Hansbrough is playing above anyone's expectations, but players like Ginyard or Byron Sanders would probably start at UVA

expectations for UNC are ten times higher than what they are for UVA. Leitao has done a hell of a job his first year there, but the first year always gets a pass.

And that's why I called you stupid. Sean Singletary is just "decent"? That's stupid, since Singletary is the most talented point guard in the ACC. And J.R. Reynolds isn't even "decent"? That's stupid too. Players like Wes Miller and Byron Sanders are absolutely not more talented than the worst players starting for UVA, because Miller and Sanders definitely aren't talented.

#1) UVA is only 13-10, and will probably finish the season 14-13.

#2) UVA's non-conference wins have come against Liberty, Richmond, Northwestern, Loyola Maryland, Maryland-Baltimore County, and Longwood. All of those teams suck ass.

#3) UVA was 14-15 last season in a much tougher conference. Going 14-13 against a much weaker schedule is not even indicative of improvement.

Well, I'm not going to match your immaturity and childishness by joining in on the name calling so I'll just leave it at this: You have your reasons and I have mine as to who we think should win COY. I'll just leave it at that.

It's not a matter of name-calling. You can't even argue your point because you have no point. That's why you're "leaving it at that."

I think one thing we can all agree on is that Collin is consensus Pimply Faced Nerd of the Year.
