Who are the choices? It's gotta be between Roy Williams, Miami's coach and maybe Boston College. I am sure the Duke folks will cry for Coach K but you came in preseason number one. He just drove the wagon. Coach Williams lost everything and has his team going where no one expected, back to the NCAA

Due to Miami's late season drop off Haith is out of it. Its actually pretty much only Williams at this point. There's a small argument for a few others, but Carolina's team at this point is really the only one exceeding the preseason expectations.

I would like to say Roy, but it's not like he doesn't have any McD's on his team. The real choice should be UVA's new coach as they were predicted to finish last this year.

Herb really hasn't exceeded expectations. State was picked to finish 2nd or 3rd.

I hear he may have won himself a job at Missouri.

I'm glad to see UVA doing better, but they're still only 13-10 despite having a fairly experienced team and the best PG in the ACC. Their only quality win was against Carolina, and after games against BC and Maryland along with one at Chapel Hill, they'll finish with a losing record in the conference.
