    Boudreau, Reynolds leaving?

The Panthers gave permission to OL coach Paul Boudreau to go to Jacksonville, and reportedly, he's going. Alvin Reynolds, the third-tier assistant who helps DBs coach Rod Perry, is leaving to be the defensive backs coach.

I'm happy for Reynolds. He paid his dues as an assistant's assistant and gets his position coach spot.

But Boudreau leaving? Why? He might enjoy heading back out to Florida, but he's got obligations here. I hate that Fox has to let one of the best line coaches go just because he's not one of "his boys." Fuck. Now we've gotta settle for some third rate asslick who we'll replace again in two years. So much for good lineplay.

    Sorry,

This was meant as a reply to the OL coach leaving thread...

Boudreaux has been passed around like a case of Chlamydia on Phish tour.

    I think we'll be fine.

I can tell you - Dead tour before they got rid of camping was quite the thing. I've 'never had such a good time' fucking teenage girls without a rubber.

Boudreau is the one that wanted L.Smith in here. Rio can have him.

It does suck to become an HC for the first time, put a staff together, and the following season have to fill holes in it.

I kinda hate to see Boudreau leave. Our line played much better the season after he got here than the season before. Of course he got Stuessie, Mitchell and Donnalley when he got here. This up coming season will tell us more about Fox than this past one.
