    Damn. Microsoft just gave me a whole new console instead of fixing my busted one. It must have been fucked up real good.

    Can't play it unless he is connected online.

    It's a problem MS needs to address considering the amount of repairs their systems see.

    No Ms. Pac-Man, but it's telling me my Double Dragon and Yie Yar Kung Fu are demo versions when I bought the whole thing. My broadband hookup is in the next room so I'll need to hook it up and see if that fixes it.

    so it's actually new new, like manufactured in 2008? They do that sometimes. They sent me back a different console too, but it was a refurbished console that was manufactured in 2006. Their horribly inconsistent behavior on replacing broken 360's pisses me off. I sent in a broken 360 from late 2007, and get back a shitty launch console that was repaired, while other people get brand new consoles.

    I'd have to pull it out from the entertainment center and look to see what the year is, but it has a different serial number and works like new, which is fine by me. They even sent the black Elite chassis to match the one I sent in.
