    I wish !!! Actually, I started at 272. I am now at 246, and my goal is 200. I may settle for 210 :^)

    Now at 239...wooooooo-hooooooo !!! 33 lbs and coasting. My wife is down 18 lbs, and from a size 12 to an 8.

    I am now at 235. It's going alot slower, so I think I need to cut my carbs a little. Still, -37 ain't bad...

    Kpigout, I've been on the low carb stuff for 5 months now and find it easy to stick to. You're doing great! Keep it up!

    BTW, I'm down 52 1/2 in that same 5 months, so know that it does work!!
