    They're not interested in 1-AA. It's a shame, because for a couple years, it's a good place to start.

    That's D1AA not D2 math. I would like to see Charlotte playing IAA. That'd be just fine.

    Unfortunately, they're not interested in that.

    Apparently, it's all or nothing, including every last D1 scholarship, the 80,000 seat stadium they think will be filled every game from the start, and apparently it's all just a bargaining chip to get into a megaconference.

    And past that, I seriously hope the conferences don't shuffle like this every couple years for the next couple decades.

    georgetown played Div III football until 93 or 94 while hoops played div I.
