Where's metro when you need him?

I’m not the 49er baseball expert, I believe we’re just improving the current stadium. Even with the improvement, we won’t be in the same league as ECU, State, Clemson, et al.

then we know he won't play for charlotte. why in the world they don't recruit the talent from this area, i'll never know, but they don't do that. they're letting tons of very good players get outta the area. lots of boys heading to state and chapel hill and smaller schools, that charlotte don't even recruit. shmucks.

if this coach get bring in a great prospect in the form of russ- he wont be losing his job- as the 49ers could become a powerhouse having russ on the mound every 4-5 games and playing 1b when he is not pitching. :nono:

I hesitate to say this, but the best thing Coach Hibbs going for him is that his wife, Lisa, is the director for Athletic Academic Services (tutoring) at UNCC. If one goes, the other one does too.

i can see the 49ers doing very well if they could take russ away from wake forest-this would help them a lot- i heard russ was a 5 tool player- speed, hit for average, hit for power, great glove, and throwing strength and accuracy.
