I've heard great things about McNinch House.

    McNinch House Restaurant
511 N. Church St. (Ninth St.)
    Charlotte, NC 28202
    704-332-6159

Reservations are required for this unusual approach to special occasion dining. The McNinch House serves a six-course meal with wine paired to each course. Each evening’s menu accommodates diverse tastes with a number of entrée choices that may include lamb, beef, veal or salmon. Chef-owner Ellen Davis chooses your other five courses. You enjoy those choices in an intimate setting that's usually not more than six tables. Ellen Davis also resides upstairs in the Victorian gem she took 20 years to restore. Service is leisurely enough for diners to appreciate the setting. While the restaurant has full bar service, it doesn't go beyond the basics, so don't look for drinks with funny names.

for an extra $5 can you get a blow job from Ellen Davis? does she perform said blowjob in the upstairs portion of her Victorian gem or does she just drop down to her knees in the kitchen? Personally, I'd prefer she just climb under the table and do the deed while I feast on the eastern Carolina-style BBQ alpaca.

Damn man, that's a nice find. I've never heard of it. I was already leaning to Bonterra's, so I'm going to go with that. McNinch House will have be on a different special occasion.

McNinch is prix fixe, meaning there's a set price per person. Last I heard, it was somewhere in the $150 range.
