    that was the court..I'm sure philly won't take their famous jail away. If anything, it could have been a detention center. Lots of places have something like that.

    From a legal standpoint,they have nothing.No attorney would take a case like that.They have no prove that any of their civil rights were violated and if they wanted to pursue anything criminal,they should have done so at the time it (if anything) happened.Personally I think they are full of it.
