  1. Harrington will be signed by then...that's reporting time for qb's to the lions camp. He's told his agent to get it done by then and has promised the fans he'd be there. They have the overall numbers down, they are just deciding on the structure of those numbers.

    After he signs, Pepper's contract should be easy considering the picks above and below him have signed.

    hope so. I figure the end result of all this will be Peppers signing earlier than Foster. I'm actually not that concerned with Foster, but I do think the deal DF will have to agree to will be a 6-7 year deal to get the bonus he wants. I guess I'm up for that - by year 5 we'll know what he is or isn't.

  4. Peppers screwed him. Carr got and $11 mil bonus, Peppers got $13. Usually, the bonus gets smaller from 1st to 2nd to 3rd etc. They are analyzing Pepper's contract to see how it is structured. He's expected to sign today. His agent is in face to face meetings right now. Agents don't fly all the way from California unless a deal is very close.

  7. he signed before the first practice and participated in it per the lions website....

    Damn Lions camp is closed to the public this year, I was looking forward to the McMahon vs Harrington battle.
